You now have the option of downloading your certificate of competition right after class (next business day) at no extra charge, via Email to your very own computer or your smart phone. Many online courses will actually charge as much as $30.00 for this email option. We include this as part of the course. Emailing is the fastest way to get your certificate of competition to the court on time. Print your certificate, then sign your certificate, then get it to the court and whoa-la, just like that your ticket will be dismissed. You can do it and it’s as simple as that. Texas State Law says, “Certificates of completion MUST BE MAILED TO YOU.” But now we have the email option and it’s FREE.

Classroom
This course will forgive your traffic ticket, however you do have to get permission from the courts to complete our TEA/TDLR approved driver safety course. Remember you need to turn your certificate of completion to the courts by the date they give you or face the firing squad. Not really, but you may need to pay more of your hard earned cash to the courts. We have genuine comedians who’ll make the day fly. If you’re a good reader and if you can stay awake, you won’t have a problem with an online course, but we suggest laughing your class off. Online
There are currently two ways that you can take a defensive driving safety course, which is currently 6 hours. Either Classroom or Online. Some Judges do not allow online, so check with court before choosing an online course. Both have their benefits, but the truth o-meter says that when taking an online course, your eyes won’t blink as much and will dry, then you’ll begin to tier. At this point you probably want to take a nap. If you prefer the online course, we deliver a state-approved online affiliated program, to include: Texas Drivers Ed., the Texas Adult Drivers Ed., and Parent-Taught Drivers Ed., and a seat-belt course, along with the regular Defensive Driving Course. Note: Not all courts accept Online defensive driving, so ask the courts before taking the online ticket dismissal course.
Driving Record
Most courts in the State of Texas DO REQUIRE a 3A certified driving record to turn in to the court along with your certificate of competition. You can no longer go to the DPS office and obtain it. Some courts give you a form that you can send in, but most students fill it out wrongly and you’ll never hear from the DPS again. We can get the certified 3A Driving Record for you.
